Man Shows Up For Zoom Court Hearing With Anal S3x Name

 A defendant unknowingly appeared for his virtual court hearing on Zoom with a username that alluded to anal sex.

‘Buttf***er 3000’ was shocked and embarrassed when the judge immediately called him out for the inappropriate name in front of nine others online. 

The username came up on Zoom moments before the defendant’s face appeared, prompting Judge Jeffrey Middleton in St Joseph County, Michigan, to say, ‘Then we’ll bring this fool in.’

‘Good morning sir, what’s your name?’ Middleton said on Tuesday as the defendant showed in court on a count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Once the defendant realized the judge was speaking to him, he said, ‘Me? Nathaniel Saxton, sir.’

‘Your name’s not Buttf***er 3000, you yo-ho, logging into my court with that as your screen name?’ the judge said. ‘What kind of idiot logs into court like that? What’s your name again?’

The confused man responded: ‘Nathaniel Saxton, sir, but I don’t believe that I typed anything like that in.’ ‘Well, that’s what it says,’ Middleton said. 

Saxton apologized, but the judge put him in the waiting room so he could ‘sit in limbo for a while and think about’ what he named himself online. As Saxton disappeared, giggles could be heard on the Zoom conference. 

Minutes later, the judge brought Saxton back, whose username appeared as Nathaniel ‘Saxaon’. ‘Your honor, if I may explain. My sister was the one that set up my Zoom account or whatever,’ Saxton said. 

‘That is my iPhone pairing name from my Bluetooth speaker, sir. It’s an inside joke, it’s not what you think, I’m… I’m embarrassed. I’m sorry.’ 

The judge said he should be embarrassed and told him that his fine for the violation in the city of Three Rivers was $200, due within 30 days. 

Saxton had initially pleaded not guilty, but changed his mind after hearing the fine amount and admitted to having a syringe that tested positive for methamphetamine residue. 

Middleton did not let Saxton off at that. ‘Is your sister there?’ the judge asked. ‘No, unfortunately, she is not,’ Saxton replied. ‘Tell her she almost got you put in jail for contempt of court,” Middleton concluded. 

Saxton is not the only individual who has been a recent victim of a court Zoom mishap.

Last month, a nurse was recorded on Zoom giving a butt injection to a man while awaiting the start of her virtual court hearing for a grand theft charge.

And in February, a lawyer from Marfa, Texas, panicked as he tried to remove a hilarious kitten face filter on Zoom during a court meeting.

In the case of the latter, unlike for Saxton, the judge praised the recovery.
