WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange 'phase three' on US 2016 presidential election

Anti-secret group WikiLeaks is set to release a new batch of documents in regard to the US 2016 presidential election.
The transparency organization warned politicians on Twitter on Sunday that they should be awaiting a new release, mostly directed towards the campaign of Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.
In the same tweet, WikiLeaks, whose founder currently resides in the Ecuadorian embassy in London, called on supporters to make donations to the group.
“We transition to phrase [sic] three of our US election coverage next week. Keep us strong: https://shop.wikileaks.org/donate,” it read.
The Clinton campaign is already suffering over the former secretary of state’s use of private email server from 2009 to 2013, with FBI launching a new probe into newly discovered material.
Earlier WikiLeaks releases included emails by Clinton campaign chief John Podesta as well as emails from the Democratic National Committee.
Hacker Guccifer 2.0, who has been credited with having obtained the documents, says he is a lone Romanian youth, but Democrats maintain that the move is being led by Russia in support of GOP candidate Donald Trump.
Meanwhile, reports by the US media suggested that the new batch might not be merely about Clinton.
Wikileaks founder Julian Assange has previously asserted that he would also release any documents about Trump if any such thing is obtained.
